All participants are kindly asked to bring their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). The EHIC allows access to public healthcare services in Italy under the same conditions as local residents.

Please note that the EHIC is not a travel insurance. It does not cover private healthcare, non-emergency treatments, or costs related to repatriation to your home country.

Participants who are not eligible for an EHIC must have a valid health insurance covering the entire duration of the project.

We strongly recommend taking out a comprehensive health and travel insurance for your stay in Italy. Please be aware that the organisation cannot cover any costs related to quarantine or isolation, should this be required.

If you take regular medication, please make sure to bring an adequate supply with you, as we are unable to provide medications. There is a pharmacy in the village, but many medicines are only available with a medical prescription.

Finally, if you have any health conditions, disabilities, mobility needs or psychological concerns that we should be aware of, please let us know in advance. This will help us ensure that we can support you properly and make your participation as comfortable as possible
