Financial support is provided by the Italian National Agency through the Erasmus+ Programme, under the following conditions.

What is covered

• Board and lodging are fully covered (100%) by the Erasmus+ Programme for the entire official duration of the Training Course.

• Travel costs are reimbursed up to a maximum amount per participant, according to the country of departure.

• Reimbursement is granted only if the participant takes part in the entire project.

• Only the cheapest and most direct travel options are eligible, in line with Erasmus+ rules.

• All travel arrangements must be confirmed in advance by the host organisation.

  ❌ Tickets purchased without prior confirmation will not be reimbursed.

• If a private transfer from the airport or port of arrival in Sardinia is required and agreed in advance, it can be arranged by the organisers.

👉 The cost of the transfer will be deducted from the participant’s total travel reimbursement.

What is NOT covered

• ❌ Taxi rides and private car travel
• ❌ Travel agency service fees
• ❌ Extra luggage beyond one checked-in bag
• ❌ Accommodation and meals outside the official project dates
• ❌ Tickets purchased via intermediaries such as KIWI or similar platforms
