This Training Course is aimed at youth workers, volunteers, facilitators and active members of organisations working with young people. The ideal participant profile includes:

• Age: 18+
• Youth workers, volunteers, facilitators or staff involved in youth organisations, informal groups or local initiatives.
• Individuals working with young people in rural, remote or disadvantaged contexts, especially with youth with fewer opportunities.
• Participants interested in improving their communication, facilitation and relational skills in youth work settings.
• No specific formal qualifications are required; motivation, openness and active participation are essential.
• Participants willing to share experiences, reflect on their own practice and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
• Priority will be given to youth workers and organisations with fewer opportunities or limited access to international training experiences.
