🛌 Accommodation

Participants will be hosted at the Oasi Francescana, a peaceful place run by the Capuchin friars. Accommodation will be in shared rooms (2–3 people maximum), all with en-suite bathrooms.

Bed linen, blankets and towels will be provided. Please keep in mind that personal items such as hair dryers, shampoo and shower gel are not included, so remember to bring your own. If you forget something, don’t worry — these items can also be purchased in local shops in Laconi.

🍽️ Food and Meals

All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be prepared and provided on-site by the Oasi. The menu will be varied and well balanced, with particular attention to food quality and to participants’ dietary needs. While different options will be available, vegetarian meals will be encouraged and prioritised, in line with the project’s values.

Please note that tap water is not drinkable, so we kindly ask you to bring a reusable water bottle with you. Don’t worry though: the organisation will provide water containers where you can easily refill your bottle during the day.

All indoor activities and coffee breaks will take place directly at the Oasi Francescana, providing a comfortable and focused learning environment throughout the Training Course.

🥾 Outdoor Activities

Weather permitting, some sessions will be held at Aymerich Park, a large green area that feels more like a forest than a city park. The park is located in the historic centre of Laconi and is about a 15-minute walk from the Oasi.
